Citizen Properties Inc. completely remodeled and restored the iconic case study house originally built by Architect Craig Ellwood. This home is also known as the First Pierson House. The restoration was designed by Julie Hart, Designer.
Remodeled with open decks the same color as the interior floors, seamlessly blending the interior and exterior design.
